At Velvet Vogue, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

🔄 Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged, defective, or wrong product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability.

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated.

📦 Eligibility for Returns

A return request will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

⚠️ Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products ordered during sales, discounts, or promotional offers

  • Products returned due to size issues, color preference, or change of mind

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as non-returnable on the product page



    💸 Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting required details.


    🚚 Return Pickup

  • Return pickup will be arranged through our logistics partners, subject to service availability.

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product.

    ⚠️ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

    🚫 Refund Denial

  • Velvet Vogue reserves the right to deny refund or return requests if:

  • The request does not meet eligibility conditions

  • Insufficient proof of damage/defect is provided

  • The product is returned in a used or altered condition

    📩 How to Request a Return or Refund

  • To raise a return or refund request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video of the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

  • Email: support@velvetvogue.com (replace with your real email)
