🔄 Replacement Policy

In case of damaged, defective, or wrong product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability.

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated.
📦 Eligibility for Returns
A return request will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

The request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
⚠️ Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products ordered during sales, discounts, or promotional offers

Products returned due to size issues, color preference, or change of mind

Items damaged due to customer misuse

Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as non-returnable on the product page
💸 Refund Process -
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting required details.
🚚 Return Pickup -
Return pickup will be arranged through our logistics partners, subject to service availability.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product.
⚠️ Order Cancellation -
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
🚫 Refund Denial -
Velvet Vogue reserves the right to deny refund or return requests if:

The request does not meet eligibility conditions

Insufficient proof of damage/defect is provided

The product is returned in a used or altered condition
